Everyone loves motsunabe (offal hot pot)! A new course perfect for banquets has arrived! It uses high-quality wagyu beef offal with an exquisite umami flavor! The wagyu offal, soaked in our special soup, is juicy and flavorful! Based on a soup that has been perfected through repeated trials to suit the offal, you can choose from salt, miso, or soy sauce! We also have a great lineup of other dishes, such as bonito tataki (seared bonito) from Kochi Prefecture, and our famous gyoza dumplings.
